Instoremedia has installed the product Meeting Room at Stockholm International Fairs. The solution consists of more than 20 screens between 12 and 46 inches, all with built-in media players. A meeting is easily booked through a centrally managed web interface called the Broadcast Manager. Data added in the web interface is downloaded to a server and automatically displayed on that specific screen where the current meeting will take place and start. The solution also includes overview screens displaying a list of all meetings that will take place during the day. This information is also automatically collected and displayed which makes the solution both efficient and easy to handle for the staff.
